For quenching and tempering, cold upsetting general machine building, most heavy duty parts of vehicles and engines from the aspect of strength, toughness and elasticity, for machine parts of larger dimensions.

Soft Annealing
Brinell hardness in annealed condition is max. 260.
Hardening
Harden from a temperature of 825oC followed by water quenching.

Hot forming temperature: 1050-850oC.
